The first thing we do is due diligence.
Neil will check on all the people who gave him their business card.
He does a background check, including Glassdoor and court records on the officers of the company.
He also checks newspaper articles on officers of the company, and finds out whether they’ve been taken to court for non-payment.
This helps us take a position on whether they the right people to represent us on security driving jobs around the world.
